“Our Roots” is the simplest description of how we cook: garden-to-table, seasonal, and unhurried. Three venues share the estate, each with its own season and mood.

Our Roots

From the horta, to the table

Almost everything begins in the walled garden, picked that morning, cooked simply, in the Benedictine way. What the horta cannot give, the best producers of the Minho do. The menu is never fixed; it follows the season and the soil.
